On July 27th and 28th, thousands of art aficionados will descend on Lincoln Avenue adjacent to the Santa Fe Plaza for the Contemporary Hispanic Market.
The event, which is free to the public and runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, will feature 134 booths filled with a wide variety of mediums of artwork that is created by the Hispanic artists who call New Mexico home.
In addition to having the chance to purchase one-of-a-kind works of art, the Contemporary Hispanic Market gives attendees the opportunity to meet and visit with some of the most respected Hispanic artists from New Mexico.
The organizers of the Contemporary Hispanic Market are devoted to showcasing the unique and beautiful artwork that is created by artisans from throughout the state. Attendees can browse through a wide selection of artwork including paintings, sculptures, furniture, ceramics, weavings, jewelry and more.
At Pak Mail, we know that many people are excited to purchase a unique work of art at the Contemporary Hispanic Market. We also know that in many cases, these same art fans will worry about how they can get their new piece of furniture, painting or weaving home safe and sound.
From people who have traveled by airplane to visit Santa Fe for the event to local residents who need help shipping a beautiful piece of artwork to a relative for a gift, we are definitely able to help.
At Pak Mail in Santa Fe, we can pack and ship anything to anywhere—literally. Did you buy a new handmade coffee table from an artisan at the Market? No problem—we can create and build a crate that fits your table and ship it to your home in Arizona, Oregon, Minnesota or Maine—or anywhere in between.
For over 30 years, we have helped so many people in the art community with their crating, packing and shipping needs, we are proud to say that we are now the preferred shipper for the Contemporary Hispanic Market. Our friendly and experienced staff has collective years of experience with building crates and packing fragile and unique items like artwork before sending it safely on its way to your home.
We are proud of the fact that museum curators, auction house, art gallery owners and the artisans themselves trust us with their precious and one-of-a-kind pieces of fine art. We treat each and every item like it was our own, and we are also happy to provide on-site pick up to our valued customers.
Our packaging and crating materials meet all necessary standards, and we can ship artwork by land, air, and ocean—whatever we determine to be the best solution based on the size and fragility of your piece.
